Onn Bee is an online platform for arranging local parcel deliveries within Jalandhar City, Punjab. We help individuals, shops and businesses create delivery bookings, review charges, make applicable advance payments and view available order updates. We do not offer intercity or nationwide shipping through this service.
2. Using Our Services
By creating an account or placing a delivery order, you agree to provide accurate information and use our services lawfully. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activities carried out through your account.
3. Booking and Delivery Information
When placing an order, please provide complete pickup and drop-off addresses, valid contact numbers, recipient details and an accurate description of the parcel. Delivery requests are subject to service-area coverage, rider availability, operational conditions and acceptance of the booking.
Estimated pickup or delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, incorrect information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Parcel Responsibilities
You must ensure parcels are securely packed, suitable for local transport and lawful to carry. Do not submit prohibited, hazardous, illegal or unsafe items. We may refuse or cancel a delivery that creates a safety, legal or operational concern. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the parcel description and for ensuring someone is available at the pickup and delivery locations.
5. Pricing and Payments
Applicable delivery charges are shown during the booking process. A required advance payment may be collected online to confirm an order. Where a remaining balance applies, it must be paid according to the payment instructions provided for the booking. Additional charges, if any, should be communicated before they are applied.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility may depend on whether a rider has been assigned, pickup has started or the parcel has already been collected.
